Hello! I'm Stef, your dedicated coach on your journey to fitness and wellness. As a qualified Personal Trainer, Postpatum Speciaslist, Nutrition coach, Online Coach, Fitness & Dance Instructor, I specialize in crafting personalized experiences. My services range from one-to-one sessions to pairs or group training, all tailored uniquely to your individual goals.

What sets my approach apart?  It's the bespoke programs I design, each meticulously aligned with your specific fitness aspirations. Whether it's fitness testing, nutritional guidance, or initial complimentary consultations, I'm here to support every facet of your wellness journey.

My mission is simple yet profound:  To empower women like you to embrace strength, boost stamina, shed unwanted fat and sculpt muscle definition. Last year marked a momentous chapter in my life as I welcomed my darling baby girl into the world. Embodying the spirit of fitness even during pregnancy, I continued my training regimen up until the birth. With my Pre/Post Natal certification, I was well-equipped to tailor my exercises to suit each trimester, ensuring both my baby's and my well-being.

This personal experience was more than just a fitness journey; it deepened my understanding of the physical changes during and after pregnancy. I successfully healed my diastasis recti quickly post-delivery, thanks to the knowledge and techniques I've acquired.

Now, as a mother, my passion for working with other moms has only grown stronger. I deeply empathize with the unique challenges and the balancing act of motherhood. That's why I offer flexible training schedules to accommodate the busy lives of mothers. I understand how demanding it can be to juggle the responsibilities of a little one, and I'm here to support, guide, and empower you through each step of your fitness journey.

WHAT SETS ME APART

In 2021, I embarked on a new adventure by participating in my first bodybuilding competition. Prior to my career as a Personal Trainer, the idea of donning a bikini and showcasing myself on stage was far from my mind.

So why did I decide to compete? My primary goal was education. I was eager to grasp the essentials of building lean muscle and reducing body fat. It was a practical test of the belief that "whatever you believe, you can achieve."

For four months, my training was intense and consistent. I remained disciplined, giving my all in each session with my coach and ensuring I was fully present for every workout. My diet was strict; I meticulously counted macros and steered clear of alcohol.

The outcome? I earned my Pro card and won four trophies! However, for me, the true victory lay in the journey and the insights gained, which I could then pass on to my clients in their own fitness quests.

This class is designed for Mums who enjoy a decent sweat sesh and require the support and understanding from a coach who is in the trenches with them. Learn how to heal diastasis recti and build your strength back 1 rep at a time. Babies from 6 weeks to 10 months are welcome. Mums to provide own playmat for baby. click here
